GHA plays a key role in the regeneration of Glasgow alongside its Glasgow City Council and the Scottish Government.

Allocation Policy

No dogs are allowed in our multi-storey flats.

GHA operates a Choice-based letting system whereby vacant properties are advertised on a weekly basis, with potential tenants expressing an interest via website, local housing office or telephone.

Housing applications are placed in one of seven priority groups. , with percentage letting ratios set annually.
